Eqiat

Eqiat is an easy QTI item authoring tool. It's a web-based authoring tool for QTI2.1 items and is designed to be easy to use at the expense of some of QTI's more advanced functionality. It's very much a "fill in the blanks" solution to authoring items.

Eqiat is written in PHP and calls Validate internally to ensure the QTI it outputs is valid.

It was written by Bart Nagel as part of the Jisc-funded Easihe project. Package, source, documentation and bug tracker are at Eqiat's Github page.
